Changes to order can only be made 5 days prior to order date, any changes that are made after this cannot be guaranteed.
We are not liable for items that are picked up and are damaged in your possession. We will give you instructions on how to transport safely. A fee will be charged if we fix the cake for you, fixing of the cake is not guaranteed, will depend on availability, and the fee will depend on the damage.
Payments accepted are Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. When you order, I will send you an invoice with all the details, these will include pick up address, payment instructions, and contact information. A DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID in order to have a placed order confirmed.
Please keep cakes chilled until you're ready to serve, icings can melt if they get too hot, or the cake can shift. Also, never place anything on top of your cake box or grab it from the sides, always grab the bottom of the box. We will send you a cake care guide to make sure you have all the information you need.

No, we are a cottage law operating business, we do all items from home. We are required to have a food handlers permit, and we make sure we follow the right sanitation requirements to make sure our items are safe.
All of our items are processed in a kitchen that makes items with the following allergens, such as tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, dairy eggs, and soy. Which is why we cannot guarantee a nut-free product. We can make a cake/cookie with gluten free flour, but we do not have separate bowls for gluten free batters, of course we do wash each bowl before use, but cannot guarantee a 100% gluten-free product.
